Hi! I'm Jake, and I love what I do. I've spent my entire life in and around the Seattle area (South Seattle, Granite Falls, Everett, Bothell, and now Beacon Hill) and consider myself an expert on all things related to the areas of many neighborhoods, as well as the SEA housing market in general. I take pride in using that expertise to help buyers find their perfect fit and to help sellers maximize the value of their homes. An exceptional client experience is my number one priority, and I work around the clock to ensure I meet the specific needs of each and every customer.
When I'm not working I enjoy hiking with my family, trying out a new restaurant, taking in a Huskies game, and playing/coaching Basketball. I coach for both a well known Seattle AAU program as well as a Seattle Metro League High School and love the opportunity to help shape young lives on and off the court.
