Honestly, I thank my lucky stars that I was able to work with Jacob. Jacob was more than amazing! He went above and beyond to help us find a home that we love! We had a very unique situation that left us brokenhearted and confused but Jacob came into our lives and changed all of that. We were trying to buy the house that we had been renting for 3 years but it was not worth what they were asking for it. Jacob helped us navigate putting in an offer on that home and made so many calls on our behalf to insure that we were putting in the best possible offer that we could. Even though that offer was not accepted he continued to help us find us a better home that we already love! He never stopped going above and beyond and always treated us with the kind of kindness and respect you would only expect from family!

Jake was very personable and was able help me with my many questions/calls/texts and never made me feel dumb for asking silly ones.
