Jacob has been the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with, bar none! He went above and beyond in everything that's expected of him as realtor. He met with us in person everytime we asked, answered all our questions and ones we didn't think to ask, was there for the blue tape inspection with our builder and helped point out things that needed fixing, and was always on our side for the offer negotiations with the builder. We could not ask for a better agent, would very highly recommend to anyone!

Jacob is my one stop shop for all things real estate. Not only does he find the property, but he does whatever it takes to close the deal, like chasing down non-responsive HOA managers in person if needed. I live in Kalama, Jacob is from Vancouver I believe? The point is, I know a lot of realtors around the Longview, Woodland, Kalama area. I will use Jacob every time. My wife and I have built several homes and Jacob sold our last one for us and then I referred my son to him and he sold his house for him also. Both houses sold VERY fast and we had used other realtors prior for open houses with no luck. I highly recommend Jacob.
