Had a wonderful experience working with Jacki. She had been very helpful and patiently represented us very well from the start. She never made us feel awkward while we asked our silly, novice questions, we being first time home-buyers. But the main hero to whom we would like to give the biggest credit is the Redfin system itself, for creating such a structure which everybody followed, including the coordinators and associates who added their service along the process whenever required. My only suggestion is, Redfin should have an Online Chat service, where we can ask casual and non critical questions, so that we don't overwhelm our agent too much. Since we were first time HomeBuyers, we did have a lot of questions to ask and a quick Online Chat service would help a lot in such cases.

Jacqueline Casino is a pleasure to work with. In the process of purchasing a home, you need a realtor that is knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. Ms. Casino is a wonderful mix of all three. She was always quick to respond and was ahead of the game at every step. Which is not an easy task when dealing with both the buyer's and seller's teams. The Redfin team complemented each other very well and no detail was left unattended. We were not sure what to expect from Redfin, but if this transaction is an example of the Redfin norm, I would highly recommend Redfin to anyone. We closed on time which we greatly appreciated.
