I would recommend Jaime to anyone! I was buying in a town I didn't live in and Jaime did all the leg work for me. We looked around and he had a great idea in what I was looking for. He sent me houses via email and made it really easy for me living far away. Has a great knowledge of homes and very hands on while doing walk throughs. Points out the positives and negatives and is a no BS guy. Felt like he had my back the whole time and it was like he was looking for a house he would also be happy with living in.

Jaime Aguayo is great to work with! Actually, he did most of the work. We just had to keep the house clean. Seriously, he was always available, answered all our concerns & questions and offered calm, concise advice. When we became anxious he was the voice of reason. So glad he was there for us throughout the whole process.

This is actually the 3rd time we have purchased from Jaime. Our condo, our first small home and finally our dream home. He has always been so great to work with. We are not knowledgeable when it comes to the process of buying and selling real estate but he has always taken the time to explain things in a way that we understood making us feel more comfortable from beginning to end. He made each transaction so smooth and we never felt any pressure from him. We don't have any plans to move anytime soon but we will for sure refer him to our friends and family!
