Jake is fantastic! I'm a Realtor myself and I enlisted the services of Jake to sell my house. While I don't work for Redfin, I know a great Realtor when I see one. That alone should convince you of his expertise, but wait, there's more! I live out of state and had an investment property in Indiana. I needed a local expert to help me sell my house. Beware of the real estate agents that will give you an inflated value of your property just to get your listing - they're out there. Jake is incredibly knowledgeable and knows his market. As a seller, you can list your home for whatever you want, but at the end of the day, your house is worth what your house is worth. And Jake was really able to give me an accurate understanding of what we could sell my house for. Real estate practices vary by area, and Jake was able to take me through the whole process without any complications. Do yourself a huge favor and use Jake Johnson for all your real estate needs!
