About Jim
Jim is a 20 year Army Veteran settled back in his hometown of Lampasas, TX with his wife, Crystal, and 3 kids Karissa, Riley, and River. As a 4th generation Texan, Jim has a deep passion for the outdoors and understanding of the Texas Hill Country. He is involved in his local community through coaching baseball and basketball and often volunteers his time connecting with local soldiers through fishing and hunting organizations.
Jim holds an undergraduate in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources which he used extensively during his duration in recruiting for the Texas Army National Guard. With his background in sales and marketing, Jim brings a unique blend of qualities that widely contribute to his communication and negotiation skills. He has received extensive sales training and just recently completed the Project Management Professional Course at the University of Texas @ Austin.

As a matter of fact, today I highly recommended Jim to a friend that is looking to purchase a property in the hill country. We came across Jim when we wanted to sell a property in Lampasas. Jim went above and beyond for us to sell the property. He referred us to a company that cleared our land for us at a reasonable price to “beautify “ it and he took drone photos, and listed it and then brought several prospective buyers to the property all in a matter of a few weeks. Jim answers texts or calls very quickly and he had my property sold quickly too. Truly, I have never been so impressed by a realtor before. Even though my property took time to get to, Jim was there continually until it sold. And he sold it so quickly! I can’t recommend him highly enough. This sounds like an ad, but I promise you, it is the truth. Jim is a wonderful realtor.
