James did an excellent job for us. He has a strong knowledge of the local market including the various price points and how they are financed. He was able to provide solid data that helped us price our property correctly for market conditions. Once we were priced, he had a detailed marketing plan for the property and effectively executed it. Beyond the hard skills, James was very easy to work with on a personal basis and went above and beyond. Always available and responsive. Made sure we were informed of the current status. He even went to check on our property when the water company reported an unusual usage to us and we were not in town. Overall, I would highly recommend James and would definitely work with him again.
