The Jamil Brothers are the best. Take my word for it, this is actually the first time I have ever submitted a review - for anything. Nevertheless, I am a first time homeowner and purchased in November (2025). I connected with them online when scheduling my first tour; and in every possible regard, this was a new experience for me. In short, I genuinely want to say that I cannot imagine better individuals to navigate it with. From start to finish, Saad & Arslan are top tier professionals. They know obviously their stuff but also how to be effective communicators with YOU. I mainly worked with Saad, but was always interacting with Saad & Arslan throughout the entire process, and these guys are a rock solid team. Trust me, I read all these reviews before that first tour! I am happy to say they helped me to reach that next step and were vital to the successful outcome. Thanks guys!

Saad and Arslan are absolutely exceptional at what they do. Their partnership makes the process efficient and they are very thorough in their analysis to ensure we got the best deal and closed the purchase and sale. In this market I’ve heard consistently that buyers have to bid on many houses to get an acceptance but we were able to purchase our dream house on the first attempt at a very fair market value. After winning the bid they continued excellent communication and follow up to ensure we were on target to close without issue. He even stayed up until midnight to confirm HOA docs were accepted. I don’t often save contacts but I’ll be a lifetime client of Saad and Arslan and this is the second home purchase and sale that they were able to execute for me smoothly, economically, and all within a week of deciding to move.
