Jane helped us sell our mom's home after she passed. Selling a home is already difficult and especially so after a parent has died. She was empathetic and helped with all aspects of sale including advising on repairs and staging as well as working with the HOA. She was professional and focused and got us a higher price than we had anticipated due to her diligent monitoring of market conditions. The sale was also completed ahead of our schedule in no small part due to her deft management of the process. I highly recommend her.
