Jane was there every step of the way to answer any of the questions I had and to help with the process of using the programs online. I am not very good with modern technology and she would always explain it so I could understand the process.

Jane is the partner you want on any transaction. In an era where you can get all the knowledge you want at your fingertips, Jane provides the one thing AIs can’t: the human element. What do I mean by this? Well Jane provides the gut check, the red teaming, the ear to bounce ideas off of. We built a strategy and sold a home above asking while the market was in free fall, and that’s after concessions. My partner and I have tons of transaction experience, and we still found the need, and more importantly the value, of having a top tier agent like Jane. Jane is who you want regardless of your experience in the RE market.
