Jane was beyond amazing to work with. My life was so chaotic between having dogs, a toddler and a deployed spouse, Jane went above and beyond helping and I truly couldn’t have done this without her! She is the sweetest and really listens to her clients. She was so patient and never pushed us to settle, she was in it for the long haul and supported our wishes. She also gave excellent recommendations for repair work and helped us save thousands on those costs. Highly knowledgeable and a true professional!

Jane helped me buy and sell both my houses in Memphis. For me, first as a novice and later an "experienced" homeowner, she was wonderfully supportive and clearly my advocate in the process. Throughout, she listened carefully (making sure she truly understood my goals), guided, clarified, explaining the many parts of whole complicated process, including not only the house and all its parts, but also financial, legal, moving, and other things I never imagined. I never felt rushed, pushed or ignored. For the sale of my second home, I moved from Memphis before my house was ready to put on the market and she was amazing, going way above and beyond my expectations - managing clearing out the house, cleaning, repairs, staging, etc. Always consulting my wishes as she did so. She was well-versed in all the remote online processes related to the sale of my house, contracts, inspections, etc. and got me through these very difficult time with patience and good will. Can't say enough good things about Jane!
