Working with Janette to sell my house was an absolute dream. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, and I think the results speak for themselves. We had a full-price offer on my home within 7 days of putting it on the market!!!! There were specific factors that made selling my home especially complicated and stressful, and Janette was graceful, whip-smart, and diligent with every step of the process, as well as communicating effectively with multiple parties. I trusted her guidance without question and would encourage anyone else to do the same. I can't recommend her enough, and will absolutely be working with her again to look for my new house, when the time comes!
