I was so lucky to have found Jan through Redfin! She was so helpful throughout the whole process, and so patient in explaining everything to me as this was my first home purchase. She was so supportive and so positive even when an offer wasn't accepted, and it made the hunt for my new home relatively painless. She was always available to me for viewings and for all of my stupid questions. I would highly recommend Jan to anyone and everyone currently looking for an agent. She's wonderful.

Jan was the best agent we could’ve asked for. She has the patience of a saint! She was always kind and honest, knowing my fiancé and I were first time home buyers. She would help us consider what work may need to go into any house we purchased. She looked at countless houses with us in multiple neighborhoods, always keeping our wishlist in mind. In the end, we bought a probate house. A probate sale is extremely complicated, especially for first time home buyers who didn’t know what they were doing! She helped us come up with a game plan for an offer and checked in with the selling agent frequently. When our offer was accepted, she checked in with us often while we waited around for a court date. The day of court, we had an overbidder! After months of waiting, we feared we would lose the house, but both Jan and Payman were there to support us in court and walk us through what to expect. We ended up winning the house! Then we had to go through a very complicated and long Escrow. There was a lack of communication with escrow, but Jan was so great about following up frequently and getting us answers! I don’t think there’s any way we could be where we are today without her.

Jan was great and did a wonderful job navigating a home sale with the ever changing conditions of Covid-19. She was a great advocate for us with the seller and got us everything we needed to have a comfortable and quick closing.

As first time buyers, Jan and James were extremely helpful throughout our purchasing experience. They made sure to look out for our interests and made the daunting process of buying our first home much more manageable. James was very thorough during our inspection of the properties and Jan made sure we understood everything before we made any decisions. We were really fortunate to have them represent us.
