We really appreciate Jared’s insights and help with the purchase of our home. He is very responsive to our questions and was available even late at night to help us! He is very kind, patient, and helpful in the process. We did not feel pressured into making decisions for our home. Working with Jared was easy and a great experience. As a first-time homebuyer he put my wife and I at ease by walking us through the process and being there at every step of the way. He gives his honest opinion on anything we asked which helped us make decisions that were right for us. My husband and I are first time home buyers. Jared made the process easier with as little as stress possible. He came to bat for us with good negotiation skills with the seller and certainly knows what he’s doing. What I liked best about Jared though is how incredibly responsive he was! He texted and called us almost instantly whenever we had any questions. Very respectful with our time as well - not pushy and patient!
