I had a unique situation of working with Jared for a few months as the market was pretty slow during the winter and I had 3 buyers pull out of contract. Jared was very responsive throughout the entire process and was able to quickly find backup buyers when my deals fell through. I could tell he valued me as a client and put a lot of care into the client relationship. Despite the trouble I had selling my property which was out of his control, I would highly recommend Jared because of his hard work, responsiveness, and feedback he was able to provide to me during the process. He knows a lot about the real estate markets, has strong negotiation skills, and is good at finding buyers.
