Highly knowledgeable and throughly understands the housing market. He maximised my profits by recommending repair, painting and landscaping improvements. It is easy to loose patience and take the first offer or not spend time upfront in making critical improvements, but Jared carefully explained the best approach for my situation. I could have easily sold to Zillow or one of the other flipper groups and netted $100k less. Very glad I didn’t. Real estate transactions have to be one of the most dangerous economic landmines most people face. Find the best real estate professional you can find.
