We had a great experience with Jason Kjellesvik. He is knowledgeable, highly responsive, and really knows the South Puget Sound market. One thing we particularly appreciated was his flexibility regarding our financing. While he has his own preferred lender experts, he didn't let that get in the way of our specific needs. He worked effectively with our lender, to ensure our buydown agreement was applied correctly. In the end, everything worked out perfectly, and we closed on time with the exact terms we wanted. Jason is a dedicated agent who truly advocates for his clients.
