Leigh is the best! She is always our go to. Even after buying a house, she is so helpful with anything we need. I rarely recommend people, but I will always recommend Leigh to anyone. This was our third time using her, and I know we will in the future as well!

As a first time home buyer, I felt overwhelmed with all the steps needed to complete my purchase. However with Leigh's assistance, I closed within 30 days of signing the purchase contract. In this crazy seller's market, we went through a lot of homes being listed and then under contract within 24 hours! Leigh was patient with us and helped us find the right one. We went through the necessary steps to get an executed contract and then the fun part of the inspection and the issues or hurdles to work through from that point. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful. She explained every process and had solutions ready to be implemented at a moment's notice. She guided us through the whole process, explained everything, gave us straight answers, no b/s whatsoever, always worked in our best interest down to the smallest detail. She always kept us up to date, day and night, even during the holidays. Whenever we were in doubt, she gave excellent suggestions.
