Jason and his team have been phenomenal and instrumental in this process, both during and after the sale of our home. He provided us peace of mind knowing we were getting the house we wanted and supported us and fought for us when needed.
As an owner broker of a real estate company in Washington, I know how a great agent works. Jason was amazing! He always answered my calls, texts and emails quickly. As out of state buyers we had to ask him to help us with some tasks that really are not part of a Realtors job. He was happy to help out. Jason also provided a list of contractors and service providers that could help us with work that we plan to do on our new home. I have worked with a lot of agents but few that are as good as Jason.
Jason stayed at my side thru a long and sometimes tortuous shopping and buying process. He was always very promptly answered all calls txts needs questions and concerns. He's very savvy with electronic and social media posting and completing all online forms and contracts- and there's many! He will offer you his opinion, if asked, without twisting your arm or being intrusive. He's on point when time is of essence to respond to a an offer in a competitive market. Being a contractor and builder himself he knows many of the ins and outs of building and contracting- very valuable when considering the quality of a potential property.

Overall. Positive experience. Could have better prepared us better for first time buying in the state of California, specifically how closings are done here compared to other parts of country. Also particulars about utilities that you need to apply for water company which we did not know.

I am deeply saddened by this review as I always pride myself on being available 24/7 to all my clients and attempt to go above and beyond to ensure all my clients have the best experience possible. Buying/Selling in California can be different from other states, and while I do recall answering some specific questions, perhaps I can develop some assets that I can share with future clients that will note some particulars about real estate transactions in California. Regarding the utilities, I always provide a list of utility companies as well as optional vendors (tv, cable, internet, etc) to my clients so that they can have everything put into their name and coordinate appointments to minimize any downtime. Sadly I was not made aware of the particulars this client had encountered, so did not have the opportunity to provide recommendations or guidance. I do appreciate the feedback and will definitely look into ways in making these type of items more clear in the future.Jason is just great!! I have nothing but praise and accolades for him. He is thorough, a great communicator, represented me to the highest degree. I continue to recommend him to my friends seeking the assistance of a top notch broker.
