After graduating from Saint Mary’s College of Maryland Jay entered the real estate business, wearing many hats over the years. During the past three decades he has utilized his talents and honed his skills in general brokerage, new home sales, sales management, originated mortgages, and prepared market research for builders and developers. Throughout the years he has served on housing industry boards, earned many awards and donated his time to several civic organizations, the most recent as President of the Mt. Pleasant Ruritan Club. When not showing property Jay can be found fishing, playing golf, working in the garden, or taking in a ballgame.
