Jay is great at his job! Always available and flexible. We were not local so Jay was able to provide (multiple) virtual walkthroughs. He was good with checking in but gave us the space needed. Sometimes buying agents can try to influence the buyer's decisions, but this was not Jay. He was patient and a great partner to have in the process.

Jay was excellent to work with on this sale. He sold my house within a week for the price we expected. I was out of state for the entire process and he made it easy and seamless. Knowing I was away he went above and beyond to check on the home periodically to ensure it was ready for inspections and showings. Highly recommended. Fantastic experience.
