My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home together and just the thought of searching for a home was overwhelming. Billy reached out to us and began a journey that made the experience not as overwhelming as we thought it would be. Jeb was the best partner we could have asked for in the home buying process. We were new to the whole thing and Jeb took the time to walk us through everything from day one. He made time for us whenever we needed it, addressing questions, concerns quickly. He was key to helping us find our dream home and for the right price. I’d do it all again!

Jeb was wonderful. I had to fire my first realtor due to negligence (lost keys etc.). I didn't have time for this since I was moving to Ohio. Jeb was showing a friend's house on Maple so I walked down and told him my predicament. He was on it so fast which was wonderful. He is easy to work with and doesn't willy-nilly around. He kept me up on every thing I needed to sell/move More importantly, he got me the price I wanted and put up with my erratic behavior. It was like waving a magic wand and Poof, all was well. By the way, Jeb would not have to "influence" anyone for a good review.

We worked with Jeb Smith to sell our house in Huntington Beach, California. Jeb did a video and prepared written publications and advertising, using local papers, internet and social media, as well as personally conducting numerous open houses. When we moved to Florida, he took personal care of the house until it sold in October 2019. He found us a person to take care of the lawn in our absence, as well as referring us to people to haul away various items that we weren't taking with us. He was always available by phone call, internet or text to answer any questions and keep us calm. We had a great experience with Jeb and highly recommend him.
