Initially, my husband and I first met Jeff three years ago. We started slowly made a few offers; none of which sticked. We halted our search for about 10 months and started again last Summer. Either way, Jeff was exceedingly patient and showed us home after home after home. As first-time buyers, he was very dedicated in answering any and all my questions. He is so honest and personable which made everything else so easy. Being our first time, we didn’t have an idea of what we would be getting into and Jeff took the ease off. Jeff was the best realtor I could hope for. Not only was he very responsive and attentive with my home search, but once I found a home he walked me through the process. From offer to closing, Jeff was there to guide me. There was even a point in the offer process were I did not think it was going to happen due to the seller, but Jeff was a great negotiator and got me the home for exactly what I wanted.

One evening I decided to take a walk on Sunday night. I saw a sign that a condo was for sale. Jeff Collins was the realtor. I called him up and expressed interest in the condo and he said he could show it to me the very next day. I met him, I liked him, I liked the condo and I put in an offer. However I was outbidded. But Jeff said he had other properties, and that we can go look at them on the next weekend. We did. We saw 4 in 1 day. I didn't like any of them. Jeff is not a aggressive agent nor a very helpful agent. Seller delayed 60 days escrow due to late move out, termite, signature issues and cause us to pay extra rent, clean fee, late move out penalty. When we asked for some reasonable compensation, we can't get any even seller delayed to close escrow twice. Jeff should tell us to ask those compensation before signing extend escrow or remove contingency at the first place. However, he didn't do it instead of telling us we can't ask if it is not on the agreement. At our experience, Jeff is not on buyer side.

A very pleasant experience of selecting and buying a house because of Jeff's very positive attitude, timely response to queries, availability, willingness to go the distance in making sure that the buyer has peace of mind in crossing the various hurdles. He is also very efficient in quick grasp of client's needs and arranging showings and at the same time very non-obtrusive in suggesting rather than "pushing" in decision making by us. He did all this inspite of a less responsive seller's agent.
