Jeff is an excellent agent. He has excellent communication and kept us informed every step of the way to selling our house. Since we were out of state, we had concerns about how the house looked and making sure everything was right for showings. He took care of everything and the house sold right away. He was helpful with pricing the home, understanding offers, and preparing all the paperwork so we could sign remotely without any issues. The buyer was very happy when they did their final walkthrough and everything was spotless and ready for them to move it. Jeff took care of everything!

Jeff has been amazing throughout this journey. He as responded to every question we’ve had (and we’ve had tons of them). He’s always been on time and on top of everything. He made us feel welcomed since the first day, listened to and taken care of. He’s always allowed for us to take our time to figure things out without pushing and made sure we were comfortable and aware of every detail. He’s work day and night every day of the week and sustained months of ups and downs. Jeff is honest, reliable and kind. Our kids want to live with Jeff in our new house! We’re lucky to have crossed paths with him.

Jeff was great to work with for buying my home in Park City. This was my first time buying a house and he made the process completely stress free. He was very helpful in providing great options that fit my criteria. Once I went under contract he was extremely helpful in making sure I had all the details covered - from recommending a mortgage broker, homeowners insurance, etc. Was great at communicating my needs to the seller and getting everything organized with the HOA. Was very flexible during COVID in visiting the house so I could walk through with friends, contractors, inspector, etc. I really thought buying a home would be time-consuming and stressful, but the entire process was so seamless.

It was about a year that I had to wait for my condo to be built and Jeff would check in with me and give me helpful reminders along the way.
