It was a pleasure working with Jemi Khan! Back in 2019, we decided to eventually sell our house and purchase a new house. We requested a meeting with Jemi and told her our plan and asked for her advice. She gave us many good advice and never rushed us. We decided to put the house in market in July 2020 and it was sold in August 2020. My favorite memory with Jemi is, she was in her hospital bed after delivering her baby and she called me 2 hours later to give me updates on the open house that was held on my house on the same day. I was very surprised as I didn't even expect to hear from her for at least next 3 days. Also she is always available, anytime you call/message her, she responds back very quickly. She gives you her honest opinion and never try to push or rush into selling/buying. She also helped me find my dream home. She showed me 50 homes before I settled down! She was never impatient and always told us about different possibilities of the houses.
