Jenna was very helpful throughout the selling process and was exactly the type of professional we were looking for to give us the right advice beforehand to ensure we had a quick and successful sale. We ended up selling our house by the end of the first open house weekend at the price we were looking for. She has also helped several of our friends do the same. I will definitely use Jenna again in the future.

Jenna's team did a great job getting our place sold quickly. They hosted 3 open houses is the span of a month and had showings constantly. They got us an offer within 3-4 weeks and Jenna helped us negotiated a price and terms that we were very happy with.

Jenna was great to work with to help us sell our house. We were moving to another state, so while not desperate sellers, we were hopeful to sell quickly. She helped us determine the best price for sale, provided feedback on how to organize the house for best viewing, and when to go on the market. It worked as our house was sold in less than a week almost at asking price! We would recommend Jenna and Redfin to our friends.

Jenna was very friendly and very accomodating with getting in a lot of showings in a short amount of time. She was very prompt with her follow up on items throughout the process and was very easy to work with. My only constructive comment would be for her not too be too quick to agree to the buyer's concessions to close the deal and really try to get as much for the seller as possible even if it takes longer with negiotiations. In the end we were happy with the overall experience with Jenna and redfin!

When I wanted to sell my condo Jenna was on it with recommendations. One of my pet peeves with home listings is horrible photos so I was extremely glad she brought in a professional photographer and the photos turned out great. Due to that I was able to sell quickly and she even attended the closing on my behalf.

I "met" Jenna after I signed up with Redfin online. I actually have never met her in person; we communicated solely on text, email, or phone. She is super-friendly, super-responsive, and referred me to a great attorney for my closing, who also went above and beyond. She worked well with my residents living in the building I was selling, often communicating with them when showing the building. Best of all, she was friendly and upbeat.

After interviewing 5 agents, we went with Jenna b/c we liked her straightforwardness & professionalism. The Redfin model was an added bonus but not the deciding factor. Jenna did a great job selling our condo and we would use Redfin again. We were priced appropriately and went under contract quickly. We ended up having very difficult buyers. I do wish Jenna had managed the buying agent/ buyers a little bit better but it was a very unusual situation and my husband & I agree that Jenna handled it better than most. Overall, we had a positive experience and no regrets in working with Jenna or Redfin.

Jenna is the best! She did an excellent job selling our place - she priced it right and sold it in a very short period of time! She is super helpful and does everything in a very efficient manner! She is always very responsive to our emails, phone calls, questions, inquires. She just takes care of everything for us,which made our lives much easier since we are both busy with work.There were couple of times I emailed her when she was out of town but I still got the response within 5 mins (that's how fast she usually responses!). In addition, she is very nice to talk to, and very knowledgeable about things. She is just awesome and we'd definitely love to work with her again! Thanks Jenna!

Jenna Smith was referred to me awhile ago by another agent who was relocating out of Chicago. My initial meeting left my questioning her enthusiasm to work with me. Although she seemed knowledgeable when asked direct questions, she whined with every statement and appeared annoyed for asking the questions. Jenna Smith kept telling me that she had a new superior position with Redfin and that she was doing me a "favor" by having me as one of her select clients because she worked with me before. Also if I was interested in properties less than $300,000 she had to refer me to another agent from another company because "it was not worth it" to her especially of her higher position/status. I am truly sorry this client is unhappy an did not end up closing with the winning offer on this home. However, I'd like to clarify a few things. My client made the winning offer in a multiple bid situation. After all parties came to agreement, she subsequently rescinded it and offered a lower amount. As a result, the bank did not wish to continue with a new offer from her and, eventually, the home sold to another buyer for more than my client's final offer, not less.
I never told my client that it was not worth my time to work with her. I did tell her that Redfin has a minimum direct price point and that I would gladly refer her to one of our highly recommended Partner Agents to help her with any properties she wanted to look at under that amount. In fact, she would have received a higher refund with one of our Partners.
She was also informed that I had accepted a new position in which I was working exclusively with sellers. However, due to a quick transition from my prior company, Redfin allowed me to work with a very limited number of buyers that I was actively representing at the time of that transition. At this point, I offered her the option of working with one of our Redfin buy-side agents, which she declined.
This client's Redfin account was not deleted, as mentioned, and is still active with full access to the website and its features. The only cancelled account was the referenced Listingbook, which is a third-party property search engine for which I signed up, only at my client's request. When she ceased being my client, there was no longer any reason for me to maintain any account that with that company.
Again, I'm sorry this client was unhappy with her experience. However, I wish her the best of luck in her continued home search.5.0

We had a terrific experience selling our condo with Jenna. She did an excellent job marketing our place and was very helpful during the negotiation process as we worked between three different offers. The entire transaction was extremely smooth. We would enthusiastically recommend Jenna and Redfin to anyone who is looking to sell their place in Chicago. I fail to see any reason why someone would choose to work with a traditional brokerage when Redfin offers lower commissions, at least equal if not better property marketing, and superior agents.
