Jennifer was amazing. From first meeting she was friendly and took her time to learn about us and our needs. We had our first purchase fall through and she was great helping us re-set and start our search again. Then through our final purchase her and her team made the process extremely easy. Helped source information, and work with the seller super efficiently. It was my first homebuying experience, and it went so much smoother than I ever could've imagined and I think Jennifer had a big part to play in that!

We were able to close on time, but nothing especial on the personalized service or touch, I felt the process was more driven by the home loan agent. My experience on a construction and car dealer group, is that you try to put a personalized touch on your service, to differentiate yourself from others, and in closing, you give some type of a present/gift basket/wine etc.. to celebrate the occasion of buying a house/Car, in this case, just gave me keys and bye. So the service to buy a house was provided, but nothing outstanding to mention.

Jennifer was very good, but once I told her I wanted to cancel my listing with her because it did not post on realtor.com which initially she told me it would, her attitude changed and she started telling me some weird stuff, no need to elaborate. So either she was pressuring me to keep the listing with her, did not know (unlikely) or thought I am a fool. In all cases I became very disappointed.

I ran into Jennifer at a home I was supposed to look at with another Redfin agent who “flaked out” on me. She gave me her card. From there we started off. She was extremely personable, helpful, answered questions when I needed them answered. Didn’t make me feel bad when I lost out on other houses. Was happy when I found this house and even happier when I got the house. Would recommend her.

We hit the ground running with Jennifer, buying our very first home, and she was so knowledgeable and super friendly, plus basically on-call to us (and me in particular, as I was the "point person" for my family) as we were trying to figure out how to make offers. She gave us really solid advice all along the way, and helped us so much, particularly in the initial stages of the process, about which we knew NOTHING. She had to explain something to me like 7 times in a row one day because real estate is like a foreign language to me, and she did it with total patience and grace.
