This was a great experience overall and I highly recommend Jennifer and Redfin, in general. What a difference! After having worked with two other agents (with no success), I knew when a good agent comes along. Jennifer has no problems getting on the phone with the listing agent and put up a fight for you in a tough market. She has no problem getting on the phone, period; some other agents rely on email and text. And in my case, she had to deal with a difficult transaction, and made it look easy. She had multiple clients at one time but made it feel like I was her only client. She gave sound advice when I, as a first time buyer, needed it.
