Jennifer secured our home. We would not have been able to do so without her persistence, tenacity, and determination. In addition, Jennifer’s experience in assessing homes saved us from making an offer on a home that had issues we could not see as buyers (mold and things that would cost more than down payment to fix). The home we loved and have now had another offer, a higher offer, but Jennifer’s relationship and respect with the selling agent enabled us to have the upper hand and secure our home. 10/10, we are grateful and thankful for having worked with Jennifer.
