Jen was great through the entire process. I've purchased properties before, but this was the first time doing it as a single person, and Jen's encouragement and support was phenomenal. Jennifer was great at noticing potential issues that I might miss, very patient with my indecisiveness, and shrewd in her dealings with other agents. She was very attuned with what I wanted and helped me navigate the emotional stress of homebuying. It was like having a therapist and agent all in one.
