Jennifer was the best Realestate Agent that I’ve ever had the experience to work with. It was a long journey, and she really showed tenacity and fantastic experience and knowledge about the process. Jennifer was a hard-working advocate for my best interests. When we ran into obstacles she stepped in and got things moving in the right direction. She was able to answer my hard questions and gave trustworthy advice thorough out the process. She was great in helping me navigate the complexities of VA loans as a first time buyer. She was never pushy and always respected my objectives while keeping me on track. She’s a great agent, strategic and knowledgeable, and knows her stuff!

Jennifer was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. With us living in another state, Jennifer made the home search easy and she was very thorough when going through the houses we wanted to look at, walking us through through FaceTime videos or recording her walk throughs and sending them to us. She is very good at her job and we are grateful she was our agent through this home-buying process.

Jennifer Parliman of Sandpeak Realty is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. She would not contact the seller’s realtor and made the buyers contact them directly. She couldn’t answer any of the buyer’s questions. She had no idea what was going on. When asked questions about the home that the buyer was purchasing, she continually said let me figure this out, let me contact my broker. A realtor should be the go between, between the buyer and the seller’s agent but instead she kept telling the buyer to contact the seller’s agent themselves. She offers to help a buyer and then goes back and says this isn’t part of my job. She literally said she went above and beyond when the buyer did all of the work in contacting the seller’s agent and negotiating everything himself. I do not... Show More
