Dynamic Agent who not only sold the property above listing price, but she firmly but gently helped a disabled senior citizen vacate the property so it could be sold prior to probate deadlines. She oversaw the essential general repairs of the property and handled all aspects of arranging contractors since I could not be there (I live in Utah). I am a retired Real Estate Broker in Utah, and I am amazed at her knowledge, attention to detail, and her ability to work with Lawyers, Appraisers and Court ordered demands. She kept me informed with all details regarding the sales process. Jennifers acumen in working with other agents is remarkable. What do I think about Jennifer? She is just a little bit better than marvelous!!

Jennifer Peschken sold us our first home in 2021. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and reliable. Jennifer never pressured us into anything and was always happy to show us yet another home over the course of a year and a half. She did her research with each home and didn’t hold back from sharing important info with us. Jennifer was always there when she said she would be. She is very down to earth and didn’t hold back from giving us great service. Buying a home can be a daunting experience but she understands that and helped us and explained everything every step of the way up to the very end, even showing up at our new home with a special welcoming gift! My whole family uses her and her partner. I would definitely recommend Jennifer Peschken if you are buying or selling!
