I would give Jennifer an 11 out of 10 rating if I could. She was amazing to work with. She was incredibly patient with me, supportive, quick to take action, and toured and videoed many cabins for me until we found THE ONE. She is a great communicator and fights for you during the entire process, from writing the offers and counteroffers, to negotiating the contract and scheduling inspections, and getting you to the finish line. She goes above and beyond for you to track down disclosures and permit records if the seller's agent doesn't provide those so that you can make an informed decision. She also provides local contacts for services you may need once you close. I would highly recommend Jennifer and would definitely work with her again in the future.
