Jennifer was extremely helpful, insightful, and knowledgeable. She was key in assessing properties, crafting offers, and walking through the entire process. Jennifer was with it and on it in every step. It was a valuable experience to have her support and approach.

At first you get the relationship building and then when it came time to make a deal , we were not very happy with the service we received. As it relates to purchase offers, we felt as though we had to represent ourselves. With our eventual purchase, we did the comparative calculations ourself to prepare an offer, otherwise we would’ve lost out on $15k if we went with the agent’s suggestion! It seems this agent is more geared toward selling and whatever suits herself. Unfortunately we spent more time with the associate agents and almost wished they could’ve been allowed to assist more.

We have just relocated from Europe and had very little insight as to how real estate works in Texas. We had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Jennifer explained everything thoroughly. She was very instrumental in helping us cancel one contract and complete another. She was and is extremely responsive to emails, text messages and voicemails and very respectful of our time and as individuals. Jennifer is the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. She’s very hardworking and very responsive, she always answered my questions quickly, even in late evening or weekend. She’s a very warm person and feels like a good friend. We were buying a condo and encountered serval weird situations, Jennifer never pushed us into any sale and alway considered our best interest. She took us to see quite a lot condos, since we were not in Dallas, she helped us to meet inspectors and do the final walk through. That’s a lot of long drive and work for her, but she never hesitated and alway made us feel very comfortable. Jennifer was amazing … she sold my house before the sale sign was up… it turned out to be a cash sale and was over asking price. She was so helpful … I am a little challenged when it comes to computers and she was so patient with me. I would definitely recommend Jennifer and Redfin I was very impressed.
