Jenny Mengis was fabulous! She showed me every house I asked to see when I came to Oregon from Texas. She was knowledgeable about everything including an older home with knobs! A true fixer upper. Jenny was fun to work with. She was helpful in helping me make 2 offers on 2 houses. I am very happy with the one that accepted my offer which Jenny crafted for me with seller buyback and a fair price in the local market. Every thing I needed, including bids from contractors, while I was in town for a day or two was set up for me. And,White Tiger flooring and Bella Paiting were exceptional and clean workers. I can't say enough about Jenny. I must also mention her sage advice on different financing option. David with Lions Capital was extraordinary and pleasant so intelligent in ways to finance real estate. Buying a home in a new state I thought would be a nightmare but Jenny and this team of professionals she gathered for my needs, well, can I say, it is all ready for Christmas move in for my tenants! Well Done!
