Jeremiah took over the marketing and sale of our home in the late fall of 2022. The house had been on the market for about 30-days with the last 18-days of no activity. Within a week of taking over Jeremiah had two offers: one for -$30k less than asking and the other a full price offer. Jeremiah is a marketing and sales genius!

I had a really good experience with Jeremiah's buying and selling my first propriety. Really good customer service he return all my text and email super quick. Even with the fact that i was out off state he made the transaction super easy for me. if i need and other propriety in the area i will for sure buy it from him!
