Thank goodness we found Jeremy Larsen when we did! We were actively looking prior to the pandemic and he took note of everything we were targeting. COVID year was a blur and we decided to stay put. My wife and I thought about beginning actively beginning our search again and Jeremy sent an email to follow up with us the very next day! Talk about coincidence! Jeremy Larsen was a god send to us. My husband was being transferred for work and his company had their own agent who was horrible. I was looking at other realtors and was given Jeremy's number and he called back right away. We lived in Houston and was moving closer to Dallas. He met with us, helped us with what we were looking for. We found a home we really loved and was unable to make a visit to the home so Jeremy went and made a video walk through for us. Then met us again when we could actually see the home in person. We made an offer that night. If we ever do sell again Jeremy will be the one we call, no question about it.

Jeremy was very professional and responsive during the process of selling our home. He gave us advice on inexpensive updates to show off our home. He gave us honest feedback from potential buyers and helped us make the changes necessary to sell our home. Since we had moved out of town, he hired people to clean the garage after the driveway was repaired and went by the house and made sure everything was ready for closing. He worked tirelessly for us to get our home sold. I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone looking to sell their home.

He’s incredibly rude. He yelled at me several times during the transaction. He didn’t know the specifics of the real estate contract I signed and tried to coerce me into a situation which would’ve been illegal.
