Jesse is an outstanding agent, and we have been amazed with his professionalism, experience, and capability throughout the entire buying and selling process. We had some challenges as we went through the process and Jesse helped us navigate those with our best interests in mind in all aspects, but done in a way that was respectful to both the agents and the buyers/sellers. He also had some great contacts to use for inspections, arborist etc… who were top notch, which goes to show how much experience he has in the industry to be so well connected, and so well regarded by tradesmen. Also, as customers the Redfin business model seems to be effective and we really liked working with Redfin as they had a lot of resources available that small to medium agencies would not have access to.... Jesse is a nice enough person, but I didn’t get the sense he wanted to work to sell our home. He was unresponsive, didn’t provide any real guidance when I asked questions or had thoughts, and very salesmen like. I wouldn’t recommend him to someone I wanted to have success in selling their home…we also never sold our home with Redfin so that probably doesn’t help.

Jesse was amazing to work with and super helpful to us as non locals. He communicated with us very clearly and was super friendly, available, and made things very easy for us both as out of state buyers and parents to a toddler and then when some family trauma happened right as we were closing on our home. Jesse felt like a close friend guiding us through and being there for our family during the entire process; and was also extremely kind about several personal family events (a surgery and family death) that took place during our search and closing on our home. I would honestly only want to do this process with Jesse again if we ever did!

I really tested Jesse's knowledge and experience with my difficult situation, and not only did he make it look easy, he handled my emotions like a pro too (not easy either!). I was a difficult client, I know this, but Jesse never made me feel like I was. I value Jesse's knowledge and experience immensely, but where he really shines is his care, compassion, and can-do attitude. He must have said, "If you need, I'm here" a thousand times. It wasn't just words, I felt that.
