Jessica is an absolutely incredible agent. Diligent, hardworking, caring, and knowledgeable are a few adjectives to describe her. Despite having multiple clients, my husband and I felt like we were her only ones due to her quick communication, willingness to show a house with little notice, and for all the “behind-the-scenes” work she did to help get our house to closing. She has your best interest and is an excellent negotiator to help get you the best deal possible. The 2021 market was challenging and Jessica was able to get us a contract accepted without sacrificing our wants or putting any pressure on us to do something we weren’t comfortable with.
