I listed with Jessica the beginning of April and went live by the end of the first week of May 2026. The house was under contract only two days after that. I found her to be a great communicator, and to have excellent knowledge of everything to do with listing and selling what was my first home. She provided great counsel on how much further to invest in that part of the process and even helped us with advice on how to best stage our home. We took time to look at the details on comparables in order to make sure we listed at the right price and she was there all of the way as we considered the contract offer to buy my home.
