Jessica has the patience of Job. We had varying requirements that would drive most real estate professionals crazy. Yet, she was very accommodating even through at least 20 showings and two contracts, and at a time when family issues complicated her life between herself and her team not a request was dropped. Also, she proved to be a true advocate for us as buyers, as opposed to just getting the deal done. In a nutshell: Supportive and Professional.

It was the luck of the draw that Jessica and I were connected. And lucky is the operative word. She listened to all I had to say with my wishes for my new house and diligently searched within those parameters. I live in another state, so we had several walkthroughs via the phone. As we walked, she pointed out things that she noticed that I, with a novice buyer's eye, would not have seen. In one case she took two steps in and turned around and said "This is not for you." The first house I put an offer on turned out to need serious work; the inspector she recommended saved me thousands of dollars. Later, I traveled up to Colorado Springs to visit several possible houses, and we found the right one. I am so happy with my purchase and heartily recommend Jessica as an agent who will do everything she can to help a buyer find "the house" for them. She is a pugilist in your corner ready to fight for what is right for you.
