Jessica was very prompt in her initial follow-up outreach. Throughout the process of working with Jessica, she was in constant communication, transparent about the process, and very supportive. We were not in the state throughout the buying process, and Jessica kept it completely up to date. I never felt concerned that our best interests weren't being considered. Jessica may have the occupation of a realtor, but she proved to be a concise, professional, caring, wonderful human being that guided my family through the home buying process. Jessica fought tirelessly to get the property i was interested in - after my deal was accepted, she was able to negotiate an additional $5k in savings off of purchase price during final closing negotiations - she was excellent, and full of energy. I would not think of using a different agent for future transactions. Jessica earned the business.
