Even though the escrow experience was HORRIFIC, to say the least, Jessika did her very best to assist in resolving issues that were not her fault! She was very polished, and nice. However she would say she was going to meet us at the residence, and would never show up, I would be left waiting, and waiting. This happened more than once. I would have to call her, then she would at least 2 of the times show up. Then there were issues of there not being a key that worked to get in.. That could have been someone else mistake.Also I was going on a months long European/Mediterranean Sea vacation. she had 3+months to tie up any ends. She chose to choose when I was at sea to ask for more money on a property, and use pushy, (you might loose this house) sell tactics. Other than that, she seems to be a lovely person, she did respond to any texts that we sent, and she got us the house. WE did have to pay $15,000 more than asking price. On the... Show More
