As first time home buyers, Josh was very patient with all our questions, knowledgeable, and never made us feel we were being a bother. We both work about 12 hours a day so Josh was even available nights and weekends. The house we ended up purchasing, we took a last through late evening with him. He was there all the way through with advice, came to the home inspection and punch, and checked in during and after our move. Tuning into what we really wanted early made our experience very simple. We started looking and closed in about a month. He's not pushy and pays attention to the details. I would definitely recommend Mr. Haakinson to anyone who's trying to navigate this crazy Austin, TX market!!

I can't say enough about how fantastic my experience was working with Josh. I was in another state for a job relocation when trying to sell my home and he took so much off my plate.He went above and beyond, even helping off load furniture I left in my home that the new buyers didn't want, setting up home fixes needed...even the cleaning! I didn't have to hop on a plane to deal with anything, he made what could have been a very stressful situation happen with ease.
