This is the second time we worked with J-C for house purchase (my wife worked with J-C for a house before). It's always been a great pleasure to work with him! J-C helped us with narrowing down house search, introducing the market, carefully looking at houses, making the plan/ giving advice on the offer details, etc. He even helped us save big money at the time of making the offer! It won't be such a smooth experience for getting a house without J-C's help. My wife and I would definitely rate 10/10 for him and would recommend him to everyone who needs a house.
