I have lived in Seattle since 2016 and toured thousands of Redfin customers through area homes since 2021. In 2025, I joined long-time Redfin agent Peter Brown to form the Brown Team. In my younger days, I was a roofer and carpenter’s helper and I have renovated two 1930s houses myself and love to share knowledge about buildings and construction. I have graduate degrees in civil engineering and economics and love traveling, hockey, cooking, motorcycling, and, most importantly, my family.

Jim has your best interests in mind when looking for a place. I appreciated his honest feedback when discussing places that were beautiful homes but in areas he felt I wouldn’t be happy in.
