Jim is a Real-estate Agent professional and is very good at what he does. He learns about what you want as you look at houses and gives his recommendations if it’s a fit or not, pros and cons, etc. I can’t tell you how many houses he showed us, and how much we text back and forth on text and emails, but he was very responsive and fast to get back to me on questions or anything I needed. He was always ready to answer any questions I had about buying in general, the market, etc. and gave great advice. He is professional but makes you feel like you are friends.
