Jim is extremely knowledgeable and straight forward with his answers. I never felt like he was going to cut me a bad deal for his own gain which made the home-buying experience that much easier. He was always ready to answer any questions I had about buying in general, the market, etc. and gave great advice. He is professional but makes you feel like you are friends.
