My name is Jina Wingard and I'm a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Home Advisors. After spending 21 years as a police communication operator, I started my real estate career as the business manager of a local real estate company. My experience in that position solidified my desire to help people with one of the biggest investments they will make. My business is built on communication, dedication, and transparency. I have extensive knowledge of the local market and my priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to my clients’ wants and needs in order to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. I strive to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. My clients can count on me any time of day when they have a question or a concern. Clients not only want a professional on their side, but they also want a human being who has a passion for the work they do and the people they help, that professional is me. When not practicing real estate, spending time with my children and grandchildren brings me the most joy. I enjoy the beach and outside activities and I'm constantly researching and learning to improve my knowledge of the real estate industry.
