In our initial discussion, Mike explained the many ways he could help in our search and then adjusted quickly towards supporting us in a way that worked best for how we liked to do things as clients. This is in contrast to another agent who seemed to be stuck in going about our search in the only way he knew how. Mike is personable and aims to establish a relationship with other agents which helped throughout the negotiation process. All in all, a very good experience working with Mike.
