Claudia was a pleasure to work with! She took the time to get to know us and make us feel like we were more than just another client in the books. She did a great job with the listing of our house and we had a full price offer within the first week. Her communication was great and the whole sale process was a breeze!

Our realtor, Claudia, was truly excellent—professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. She communicated clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable. We would happily work with her again. Unfortunately, our experience with the broker was not as positive. During escrow, we received an unexpected phone call from the broker offering “free” services, which turned out to be a sales pitch for ADT. We were also sent a DocuSign titled Document Preservation Addendum that required paying the broker approximately $500 simply to retain a digital copy of our documents. Micah exceeded our expectations! She is extremely knowledgeable and organized. We were really impressed with her ideas and work ethic. She took time to even help stage our home for listing photos! Just an 'above and beyond' realtor. I can not recommend her enough. She took so much of the stress of selling a home off our shoulders. You'll be lucky to have her as your realtor.
